Legal basis: Act No.° 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), art. 6 III.

2. Publication director

Sébastien Questier, managing director of SYAGA CONSULTING.

3. Hosting

The SYAGA Audit service is hosted in France by OVH SAS (Roubaix), a French hosting provider. No transfer of data to servers located outside the European Union is carried out by SYAGA in the course of operating the service.

4. Data protection contact

For any request relating to the protection of personal data: dpo@syaga.eu

The appointment of a data protection officer is not mandatory within the meaning of Article 37 of the GDPR; the data controller, in the person of the managing director, is the point of contact for any question relating to personal data.

5. Intellectual property

The SYAGA Audit platform, its software components, its documentation, its methodologies, its brand and its content remain the exclusive property of SYAGA CONSULTING. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation from SYAGA CONSULTING is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

The third-party trademarks and logos on the site (notably Microsoft) belong to their respective owners and are used for reference purposes.

6. Protection of personal data

The processing of the personal data of users and clients is described in the Privacy Policy.

The processing of data carried out on the client's behalf as part of an audit is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), in accordance with Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

7. General terms and conditions

The terms applicable to the SYAGA Audit service are set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (T&Cs).

8. Dispute resolution

The SYAGA Audit service is intended exclusively for professionals (B2B relationship). Consumer mediation (Art. L.616-1 of the Consumer Code) does not apply to contracts concluded between professionals. In the event of a dispute, the Parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing agreement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of Aix-en-Provence.
